Nope! In the majority of cases, the narcissist’s ego will never allow them to see their faults. And it’s not really because it’s a grandiose ego. It’s because it’s so crushingly fragile (and used to mask their insecurities). Admitting their faults, accepting them, would be an ego death and death of the self they wouldn’t be able to survive.
